Ceramic coating warranty and inspections

The five-year coating warranty is valid only when coating-safe wash methods are used and the vehicle is brought to us for an inspection every six months. Full written warranty terms apply.

Looking after your coating

• The vehicle must be washed regularly using safe, coating-compatible methods.
• Automatic brush car washes must not be used.
• Harsh chemicals, abrasive products and unsuitable washing methods must be avoided.
• Bird droppings, tree sap and other contamination should be removed promptly.
• Bring the vehicle to us for an inspection every six months.

The warranty applies to coating performance and does not cover scratches, stone chips, accident damage, environmental damage, neglect or damage caused by incorrect washing.

Six-monthly inspections and costs

Contact our team to arrange each six-monthly inspection. Inspection charges are not listed online; please confirm the current cost with us before booking. Ask for a separate quote for any additional cleaning or remedial work.

Raise a warranty concern

Email info@detailingdynasty.com.au with your name, contact details, coating date or invoice reference, a description of the concern and relevant photos. Include any inspection or aftercare information you have. Our team can review the information and arrange an assessment if needed.

The coating warranty is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude or limit those rights.
