04 / COATING MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY
Long-lasting protection requires proper maintenance.
Ceramic coating makes your vehicle easier to maintain, but it does not eliminate the need for regular washing. The vehicle must be washed regularly using coating-safe products and methods to prevent contamination from building up and affecting the coating’s performance.
To receive our five-year Detailing Dynasty Co. coating warranty, customers must enrol in and remain on our Monthly Maintenance Plan.

- The vehicle must be washed regularly using safe, coating-compatible methods.
- Automatic brush car washes must not be used.
- Harsh chemicals, abrasive products and unsuitable washing methods must be avoided.
- Bird droppings, tree sap and other contamination should be removed promptly.
- Customers must remain enrolled in our Monthly Maintenance Plan.
- Missing more than two consecutive scheduled maintenance services will void the five-year coating warranty.
The warranty applies to coating performance and does not cover scratches, stone chips, accident damage, environmental damage, neglect or damage caused by incorrect washing.

Ceramic coating requires careful preparation, suitable lighting and protected curing time. All ceramic coating services are completed at our Clontarf workshop.
Customers can drop their vehicle off at 2/44 Storie Street, Clontarf, or arrange complimentary pickup and drop-off where eligible and available.

Is ceramic coating scratch-proof?
No. Ceramic coating helps reduce light washing marks and contamination, but it will not prevent deep scratches, dents or stone chips.
Does the vehicle still need to be washed?
Yes. Ceramic coating makes regular washing easier, but it does not make the vehicle maintenance-free. It must be washed regularly using coating-safe products and methods.
How long does it last?
The paint coating provides up to five years of protection when correctly applied and maintained. Durability depends on vehicle use, storage, washing methods and ongoing maintenance.
Does the coating include a five-year warranty?
Our five-year Detailing Dynasty Co. coating warranty is available to customers who enrol in and remain on our coating maintenance plan. Missing more than two consecutive scheduled maintenance services will void the warranty. Full warranty terms and conditions apply.
What happens if I don’t join the maintenance plan?
The coating can still provide long-term protection when cared for correctly, but it will not receive our five-year coating warranty.
Can ceramic coating be completed as a mobile service?
No. Ceramic coating is completed at our Clontarf workshop so we can control the preparation, lighting and curing environment.
Is paint correction included?
Machine polishing and paint preparation are completed before coating. The amount of correction required depends on the condition of the paint and may affect the final price.
